I pride myself in a Just-In-Time Baking method which delivers granola freshly baked to your door...you can wake up to fresh granola as if you lived at our house. :) Having said that, it stays fresh for 4 months (actually longer) when sealed in the bag. The biodegradable bags are great for transport...but plan to open and put in an air tight container when you receive it.
